This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our financial success and growth on a hybrid schedule.Responsibilities:Bilingual Communication: Effectively communicate in both English and Spanish with internal and external stakeholders.Cost Reporting: Analyze costs, expenses, and operational performance to prepare accurate cost reports.Financial Report Maintenance: Maintain and update financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.Payment Processing: Oversee the timely processing of payments to vendors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.Profit and Loss (P& L) Analysis: Conduct detailed analysis of P& L statements, identifying key trends, variances, and areas for improvement.Cash Flow and Balance Sheets: Manage cash flow projections and reconcile balance sheets to ensure financial stability and accuracy.Accelerated Bonus Appreciation: Implement and manage bonus programs, including accelerated appreciation schemes, to incentivize performance and achieve strategic goals.Month/Year End Close: Lead month-end and year-end closing processes, including financial statement preparation, journal entries, and reconciliation.Budgeting: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, monitor, and analyze budgets, providing insights to support decision-making.
